Hello again, here's another upcoming class. This is my Thankful
book for Thanksgiving. My idea behind this book was that it could be passed around the Thanksgiving table and everyone would have a tag to write what they are thankful for and then later I could add photos from thanksgiving of each family on their page. The part I am most excited about is that I am making stitching templates for each student in the class to take home so you'll be able to stitch these designs anywhere you please. And I have to just add how much fun I had making this book. When I first decided to do all the hand stitching I was a little worried I was going to want to shoot myself later. But it turns out its so fun and relaxing, I just sit in front of the tv with my hubby and stitch away. I had to laugh at myself when I was doing it because when I finished I actually said "oh Crap". My husband asked whats wrong and I said "I'm done". I was enjoying it so much I was actually mad to quit. That's when you know just how much you enjoy what you do. Hope you're having an "oh Crap" moment.

This was a birthday present for Gabe's teacher Mrs. Calise. Gabe was so cute when we were making it. He wouldn't let me put in the sticker that said "Beware of owner" because he said Mrs. Calise is too nice. I'm so glad he has her for a teacher, she's as sweet as sugar. I am totally NOT am animal person, but despite that I had so much fun making this gift especially since Gabe helped me (at least until the tv show he wanted to watch was on.

This was another baby shower gift, this time for my cousin Ashley. She's going to decorate the babies room in pink & brown I'm sure it will be awesome when she's done.

One of my absolute favorite things to do is make gifts for people. here are a couple of gifts I've given lately.
This baby boy book was for a friend from church.

If this photo doesn't show how happy babies can make life I just don't know what can. I usually cringe everytime I see a photo of myself, but this photo that my sister took(thanks Celeste), perfectly captures what a joy Max is in my life. There are days where I feel so over come by joy just because I get the priviledge of being a mother of 5 beautiful children. And there are days I think I've done lost my mind if I think I can handle 5 kids (not to mention I'm still way too young, right? lol)

So, if you decide to visit my blog in the future there's a pretty good chance you might get to read about my adventures (doesn't that sound nicer than trials) in parenting. But hopefully this will just be a really fun way for me to get my scrapbooking ideas out there. I love scrapbooking!!!! I've tried so many different mediums in art and out of all of them, scrapbooking brings me the most joy. Why that is, I don't know, but anyone who loves scrapping knows exactly what I'm talking about. It's BLISS.
